Somatic bodywork includes myofascial release, visceral manipulation, cranio-sacral therapy, movement therapies such as yoga, breathwork, guided visualization, somato-emotional release/unwinding among other approaches to achieving relaxation, restoration of motion and function, and an increase of comfort and freedom in the mind and body.
